Silent Auction Donation

“Taste of Harlingen” Silent Auction donations help us raise funds for the Museum. We accept Silent Auction items from businesses, organizations, and individuals. Items are displayed at our event. The Rio Grande Valley Museum Association is a not-for-profit 501 ( C ) ( 3 ) organization. Your Silent Auction donation(s) is tax deductible.

Items can be delivered to the museum during regular business hours, or a volunteer can pick up your item(s). We are especially interested in pottery, antique furniture, gift certificates, jewelry, golf and other sports packages, hunting and fishing equipment, electronics of all kinds, restaurant meals, and new purses

Please fill out the online form and one of our volunteers will contact you. Schedule a pickup or drop off your item at the Museum. You will be given a donation form to fill out and a copy of your tax records.
